bridging the gap between innovation and adoption
A fractional, strategic partner for startups and funds at the forefront of sustainability
Breakthrough technologies don’t scale in a vacuum. Growth happens when innovators and investors move quickly across new opportunities and within the right networks.
That’s where Ecosystem Works comes in. As a strategic advisor for early-stage startups, venture funds, and accelerators, we focus on investor readiness, developing partnerships, and building visibility and relationships in the market that create opportunity.
Whether you’re a startup positioning for scale or a fund strengthening your platform, let’s explore how we can help you unlock the next stage of growth.
Strategic Partnerships
We identify and qualify high-value corporate, channel, and ecosystem partners. We surface and validate opportunities for pilots and collaborations, then support your team in moving the right ones forward.
Investor Readiness
As your strategic partner for investor readiness, we help startups and funds access capital by refining pitch materials, key metrics, and narratives; integrating CRMs when needed; managing the pipeline and processes; and facilitating strategic introductions.
Market+Ecosystem Development
Our approach builds your presence, credibility, and access in the broader ecosystem. Whether it’s facilitating a highly-curated event, building relationships that accelerate fundraising, or crafting thought leadership for investors + corporates, we elevate you as a voice of authority in the market.

Testimonials
Adam Wolf, CEO, Eion
Courtney is Magic. Somehow she “gets” the idea I am extemporizing, puts it down on paper, turns it into a plan of action, hits the phone bank, and voila we have a real thing happening. A dinner, a conference, a campaign, a critical mass of people who are all engaged on making a vision come true and having a great time while doing it. Many of the most special moments at Eion were crafted by Courtney.
Mike Fulton, Chief of SAF, FedEx
I saw firsthand Courtney's unique ability to gather the right people to drive important conversations on Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF). She focused on inspiring practical strategies for scaling use of Mid-South agricultural resources as supply chain inputs for making SAF. The roundtables she convened in Memphis encouraged inclusive and open dialogue. It was invaluable for connecting corporate leaders, investors, and entrepreneurs in a shared effort. She created a trusted environment that successfully unified a sustainable focus on boosting the Mid-South's economic well-being and quality of life.
Tracy Barba, Global Head of Stakeholder Engagement, 500 Global
Courtney has been my go-to consultant across multiple organizations for 5 years. From developing ESG strategies with startups to workshops for investors on responsible innovation, she has the ability to transform early ideas into reality. She seamlessly integrates into our teams, fully grasps our vision, then develops actionable strategies that help us uncover untapped opportunity. Courtney’s expertise developing and launching successful programs and her passion for using finance and innovation as a force for good have made her a valuable asset time and again.
